What You Will Do
· Coordinate with media agency the elaboration of the visibility materials (banners, headers, pop-ups and mailings).
· Work with clients for the monthly/quarterly rebate settlements (filling out forms and gathering supporting documents for settlement).
· Verify the activation of key promotions and campaigns on clients' platforms.
· Manage the recognition of discounts provided to clients' digital channels and assure the register of them in their systems
· Validate the implementation of visibility elements and record for payment scheduling.
· Track invoice records and ensure monthly provisions are sent out.
· Monitor the market to boost sell-out through disruptive communication designs that encourages shopper purchases.
· Compile sales data from digital clients.
Who You Are
· Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
· Minimum of one year of previous experience in similar positions, preferably in consumer goods or eCommerce.
· Upper intermediate level of English proficiency.
· Proactivity, strong organizational skills, and negotiation abilities are essential.
· Familiarity with marketplace operations, last-mile apps, and retailer websites is prefered (not mandatory).
· Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel (intermediate level), and PowerPoint is mandatory.
